Doubletree By Hilton Glasgow Strathclyde, Bellshill

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, my sleep was disturbed by an uncomfortable bed. The leisure facilities, especially the spa, were enjoyable, but the pool access policy was quite frustrating for me and my son. Overall, I felt the hotel had potential but needed improvements to truly make my stay comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel overall. The facilities were great, especially the lounge area and gym. The staff were really friendly and engaging, making my pre-holiday drinks enjoyable. However, I did have some issues with the food quality, particularly the room service pizza, which was quite disappointing. It's a solid base for anyone visiting for business or leisure, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
